Learned Senior Standing counsel states that this appeal is directed against orders passed in MAs No. 127 and 128 of 2018 and appellant has filed instant appeal challenging main order passed in ITA No. 498 and 499 of 2015. In these circumstances, she prays for permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to take up all grounds of challenge mentioned in connected appeal bearing ITA No. 139 of 2019. 3.
