A. and remanding matter back to file of Assessment Officer for re-verification on issue of addition of income under Section 69 of Act to income declared by assessee. 2. Since there is no adjudication by Tribunal on said issue and matter has only been remitted back to assessing officer for re-verification, we do not deem it necessary to entertain this ITTA. 3.
