We have heard rival parties and perused record. After perusing contents of Miscellaneous Applications as well as contentions, we find that what is sought for is review of order of Tribunal, dated 2 MA 364 & 365/Mum/2018 Pentagon Builders Pvt. Ltd. 11.09.2015 (supra), aspect, which is impermissible within limited scope prescribed u/s. 254(2) of Act. 3. In this view of matter, we dismiss Miscellaneous Applications as out of jurisdiction u/s. 254(2) of Act. Order dictated and pronounced in court on 30th August, 2019 in presence of both parties.
