These appeals were filed on 10.12.2003. WTA.No.2 of 2004 was admitted on 22.11.2004. WTA.No.1 of 2004 was admitted by this Court on 24.01.2005. WTA No.7 of 2004 was directed to be listed along with WTA.Nos.1 and 2 for hearing. On 15.07.2011, substituted service was permitted in both appeals. Despite this, till today respondent is not served. This Court is informed that WTA.No.7 of 2004 came to be dismissed for default vide order dated 20.11.2014 and no steps for its restoration have been taken till today. 3. In this backdrop, we are constrained to dismiss these appeals for default. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these appeals, also stand disposed of.
