Bot Summary: | 14306-14307/2013 C.I.T. ANR. Petitioner(s) VERSUS CANARA BANK Respondent(s) for c/delay in filing SLP and prayer for interim relief and office report ) Date: 23/09/2013 These Petitions were called on for hearing today. UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following ORDER Heard Mr. Mohan Parasaran, learned Solicitor General for the petitioners. There is a delay of 939 days insofar as challenge to the main order dated 31.3.2010 is concerned. It has occurred because the petitioner had filed the review petition before the High Court. In view of the above, delay of 939 days is condoned. As regards delay of 124 days in filing special leave petition against the order dated 15.6.2012 in R.P. No. 36 of 2012, we are satisfied that delay has been explained by sufficient cause. |
