It is clarified that till disposal of Petitioner?s Appeal no coercive steps shall be taken for recovery. So far as first question of inspection of records is concerned, learned counsel for Revenue submits that inspection shall be allowed to Petitioner or her representative on 07.4.2009 at 3.00 PM.
