Keeping in view plight as portrayed, we deem it appropriate to direct respondent to take reasoned decision on application dated 14.01.2020 of petitioner by passing speaking order thereon within period of one month from date of receipt of certified copy of this order and, if it is found that any amount is due release same within period of 15 days thereafter. Ordered accordingly. Petition stands disposed of. Since main case has been decided, pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, also stands disposed of.
