Ramachandra Rao) This appeal is filed challenging order dt.27.09.2019 passed in M.A.No.37/Hyd/2019 on file of Income Tax Appellate Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, at Hyderabad, allowing said M.A. and remanding matter back to file of Assessment Officer for re-verification on issue of addition of income under Section 69 of Act to income declared by assessee. 2. Since there is no adjudication by Tribunal on said issue and matter has only been remitted back to assessing officer for re-verification, we do not deem it necessary to entertain this ITTA. 3. Accordingly, this Appeal fails and it is dismissed. No order as to costs. 4. As sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Appeal, shall stand closed.
