Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner- company has gone into liquidation, therefore does not wish to press this petition; however prays for liberty to revive the same after getting the information, if something survives. The petition stands dismissed as not pressed with aforesaid liberty. Since the main case has been dismissed, the pending application, if any, also stands disposed of. |
