In the result, the stay applications filed by the assessee are allowed, as above.

Thereafter, stay was extended by Tribunal in SA Nos.19&20/Mum/2018 vide order dated 22/01/2018, in SA Nos.275 & 276/Mum/2018 vide order dated 27/2018 and in SA Nos.127 & 128/Mum/2019 vide order dated 15/03/2019. delay in disposal of appeal was not attributable to assessee. Both sides heard. perusal of records show that originally stay was granted to assessee vide order dated 20/10/2017 (supra). Thereafter, stay was extended from time to time. Co-ordinate Bench of Tribunal in SA Nos.127 &128/Mum/2019 vide order dated 15/03/2019(supra) extended stay for period of six months. Considering fact that delay in disposal of appeals is not attributable to assessee, stay is further extended for period of six months or till disposal of appeal, whichever is earlier, on terms and conditions as stated in initial order granting stay of recovery of outstanding demand. 5. In result, stay applications filed by assessee are allowed, as above. Order pronounced in open court in presence of both parties at conclusion of hearing on Friday, 13th day of September, 2019.
