By virtue of this stay application, assessee seeks for extension of stay till disposal of main appeal which was heard by Bench on 04/09/2019. 3. We find that for A.Y.2011-12, out of total demand of Rs.6,50,30,830/-, sum of Rs.3,07,14,319/- had already been paid by 2 SA No.356/Mum/2019 M/s. China First Metallurgical Construction assessee. Considering that substantial sum has already been paid as per terms and conditions imposed by Tribunal in its earlier order and also considering fact that main appeal is already heard on 04/09/2019 and order is awaited thereon, it is deemed fit and proper to extent stay on recovery of demand for further period of six months or till disposal of main appeal whichever is earlier. 4. In result, Stay petition is disposed off in terms of above.
