Learned Counsel for petitioners has submitted that petitioner may be permitted to move representation stating therein entire facts and circumstances with respect to his grievance and opposite party no.-3 i.e. Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (Central Circle), P.K. Complex, Raja Ram Mohan Rai Marg, Lucknow be directed to decide representation. In view of above, without entering into merits of issue, petitioner is permitted to move fresh representation before opposite party no.-3 i.e. Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (Central Circle), P.K. Complex, Raja Ram Mohan Rai Marg, Lucknow pleading his grievances, enclosing therewith relevant documents, which are necessary for disposal of representation within period of two weeks from today. If such representation is preferred by petitioners to opposite party no. 3, same shall be considered and decided by opposite party no. 3 i.e. Additional Commissioner of Income Tax (Central Circle), P.K. Complex, Raja Ram Mohan Rai Marg, Lucknow by speaking and reasoned order, after giving opportunity of hearing to petitioner, strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously, say within period of four weeks from date of presentation of certified copy of this order along with representation.
