The hearing of the appeal has been continued and when the appeal was last heard on 29.09.2016, the Department has sought for adjournment and the hearing of the appeal is fixed on 08.11.2016. Counsel for the assessee has prayed that the stay may be granted till final disposal of the appeal. The Department has sought for adjournment when the appeal was last heard on 29.09.2016 and the arguments are yet to be completed. Accordingly, the next hearing of the appeal is fixed on 08.11.2016. Accordingly, we 3 S.P. No.209/M/16 grant stay from recovery of outstanding demand for a period of sixty days or till the disposal of the appeal, whichever is earlier. |
