Agarwal, Advocate for appellant Court :- appeal was presented with application for condonation of delay of 161 days which appears to have been allowed. appeal appears to have been admitted on 27.02.2008. But thereafter appellant did not take any steps. No notice of appeal was served. No paper book has been prepared. As matter of fact no further steps were taken. On 26th February, 2015 Mr. Bhowmick appeared and prayed for time to serve notice of appeal which was granted on condition as contained therein. In spite thereof appellant has not taken steps. We are satisfied that appellant is not interested to pursue appeal. appeal is dismissed for reasons discussed in our judgment delivered on 1.04.2015 in ITA 156 of 2006 (M/s.
