Thereafter matter was listed on 29th January, 2015 when direction was issued for listing under heading For Dismissal on 12th February, 2015. It was listed under heading For Dismissal . No one responded. Again matter was listed on 17th February, 2015 under heading For Dismissal . On that date learned Advocate appearing for appellant prayed for leave to serve. Such leave was granted. In spite thereof no steps were taken. matter has been listed under heading For Orders . No one responded. Considering facts and circumstances appeal is dismissed for reasons more fully discussed by us in our judgment delivered on lst April, 2015 in ITA 156 of 2006 (M/s. Sicpa India Ltd. v.
