(ii) Whether on facts and in circumstances of case, order of learned Tribunal in granting relief to assessee to extent of Rs.51,44,877/- was supported by any material on record ? (iii) Whether on facts and in circumstances of case, order of learned Tribunal in granting relief of Rs.51,44,877/- to assxessee is perverse in eye of law ? 2 Heard Ms. Das Dey, learned Advocate for appellant.
