For Respondent(s) UPON hearing counsel Court made following ORDER We find no reason to entertain this Special Leave Petition, which is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it has been submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for petitioner that one of Directors, Mr. Sunil Aggarwal, has been wrongly involved in this case as if he had presented false Tax Deduction Certificates (TDS). In fact, according to learned senior counsel, Mr. Sunil Aggarwal, former Director of Company, had not produced such Certificates before Income Tax Authorities and yet, Show Cause Notice has been given to him as if he had placed on record false Certificates.
